I bring more than 20 years’ experience across recruitment, operational leadership, training, coaching and consulting.
Before establishing Empowered Decision, I held senior operational and leadership roles within recruitment and workforce businesses, with responsibility for people, performance, clients, business development and operational outcomes.
Today, I draw on that experience to work with recruitment agencies, leaders and organisations across a range of business, leadership and capability challenges.
My approach is practical and commercially focused. I enjoy getting beneath the surface of an issue, understanding what is really happening and helping people and businesses create greater clarity, build capability and make better decisions.

- Master’s in Human Resource Management & Coaching from the University of Sydney
- Bachelor of Arts (Psychology)
- 20+ years’ experience across recruitment, leadership and business operations
- Senior operational and regional management experience
- Extensive experience developing recruiters, emerging leaders and senior leaders
- Recruitment experience from graduate through to executive and specialist search
- Business strategy, planning and operational improvement
- Leadership development, coaching and facilitation
- Sales, business development and commercial performance

- Experience consulting across established businesses, SMEs and growing organisations
- Accredited in the selection, administration and interpretation of psychometric assessments
About Empowered Decision
Empowered Decision was established with a simple belief: better outcomes come from greater clarity, stronger capability and better decisions.
The business has evolved considerably since it began. What started with a strong focus on recruitment and career development has grown into a broader consulting, training and coaching practice working with recruitment agencies, leaders and organisations.
What Hasn’t Changed Is the Approach.
I take the time to understand the business, the people and the challenge before determining what will make the greatest difference. Rather than applying an off-the-shelf solution, I tailor the approach to the situation – whether that involves consulting, facilitation, training, coaching or a combination of these.
The focus is always on practical outcomes that can be applied in the real world.
